About Riskalah's

Rick has been part of Italian kitchens since he was just 18. Now, more than 40 years later, he has finally brought his lifelong dream to life with Riskalah’s. This isn’t just a restaurant for him. It’s the kind of place he’s always imagined. Full of heart, full of flavour, and filled with the sound of good conversation.

Over the years, Rick has done it all. He’s worked the pans, served the wine, shaped the dough, and learned what makes a meal feel like home. More than anything, he’s learned that great food means nothing without great people to share it with. That’s what Riskalah’s is all about. Family, warmth, and that feeling you get when you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

Rick brings that energy to every part of the space. You’ll find him welcoming regulars by name, sharing stories across the counter, and making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen has been made with care.

For Rick, it’s not just a business. It’s his heart on a plate.
And once you’ve been here, you’re family too.
